For my art projects, I use various materials like plastic, paper, wire, acrylic paint, and pastels. The primary media is EVA foam. Its non-toxic properties ensure safety for you and your loved ones, while its durable nature guaranties that your artwork will remain vibrant and beautiful for years to come.

To care for your Bloom Art piece, simply dust the flowers gently or use a damp cloth to wipe each petal. Some lamp shades made with EVA foam only can also be rinsed gently under a shower and let dry. To ensure your art piece lasts and maintains its vibrant colors, please keep it away from direct sunlight. This simple step will help maintain its stunning appearance over time.

If its available, it usually takes couple of days to quality check and ship. The custom orders take longer. The crafting time may vary from 4 days (if the material is available) to 4- 6 weeks (if it requires the custom material ordering).

The shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. I will provide you with different  options for shipping based on the location you need your art piece at.

I truely hope you love your art piece but in case you believe your item is faulty or damaged via shipping please contact me as soon as possible withine 2 days of delivery.

Describe the fault and send me the pictures clearly showing the item damage.

I will do a replacement or refund if deem the piece to be faulty (damaged due shipping).

I keep the right to deny credits if the item returned does not meet the return policy requirements. As soon as I get the returned piece I shall make a refund.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer.
